your opinion on this Colloidal Silver page

I was wondering if the members could give their opinion on this page purporting itself to be "the facts" in regards to Colloidal Silver:

I don't see a date anywhere on the page, so the information may simply be outdated. I also don't see any contact information even though there is this quote at the bottom of the page:

'This paper is provided as a research tool for those wanting to research and understand colloidal silver. No claims are made to it's accuracy or suitibility for any use. If there are any errors found we will be happy to correct them.'
