Title: Reducing agent Dextrose dosage problem

I want to use dextrose as reducing agent i need 0.02gram (to get 20ppm colloid silver a liter) .
However, my scale can hardly weigh that.
How do you add this reducing agent if it is so difficult to weigh?

I was thinking to do that in liquid (as is also told with Karo) and then dripping but how much dextrose / water do I have to add to fill a 100ml bottle?
And how many drops do I have to drop to get that 0.02 gram.

Look at it from the other way around:

At this dosage, it does not matter if you use 0,02g or 0,1g. The amount used will be minimal and a decade's supply can be had for pennies. Use a little more and don't weigh it. Reducing agent does not have to be exact.

But I will say that for making colloids, a jeweler's scale will come in handy sooner or later.
