Is it just AgNP or the other part of it?

This talks about (I think) silver nano particles extracted from the Ashwagandha plant or something? I have this superfood as a supplement but I am not sure what it has to do with the AgNP. Is it just the AgNP (silver colloids) which are doing the work or does the plant have anything to do with the impacts?

Am I right in taking from this article that 50ppm (50 ug/mL as they describe it [same thing as ppm]) is a really effective strength for anti-pathogen-applications?

If someone could give a basic explanation in a readers digest format I would appreciate it.

Yes I get that, but I am mainly thinking about using on surfaces, whether hands or table tops etc. I don't want overkill for strength but I want to ensure it's extremely effective strength that I go spraying on things.

20 ppm sugar-reduced. Perfectly adequate.
