Would anyone know of what would be a good inner opening mouth diameter of a jar to be used with this holder?

60mm to 65mm would be ideal

Here is what I make:

The inside raised portion fits inside a standard Mason/Ball Jar.  The outside raised portion fits on the outside of a widemouth Mason/Ball jar.

So you should be able to find jars which fit inside the milled out ring.
If not, you can just turn it upside down until you make a new electrode holder.  The electrode spacing is 37mm.
There is the unknown and the unknowable.  It's a wise man who knows the difference.
