Can't Register

Because of relentless attacks on this forum by spammers and spambots, it has been necessary to ban complete internet service providers from registration.  For example if you your ip address starts with 200, you will not be able to register by the normal process.  This is not meant to ban anyone from becoming a member of this forum, it is simply to keep spam posting under control.

If you tried to register and could not because your ip address was banned, send an email to kephra at cgcsforum dot com and the admin will manually register an account for you.
