Using the forum email system

To email another member, you can use the forum's email system.  To allow other users to send you email, you must:
Click on Profile-->Account Settings. Then make sure that Allow users to email Me is checked.
To send an email:
Click on Members
Search for member name;
If member has allowed emails, an envelope icon will appear.  Click on the envelope icon.
