Need help with making Colloidal Silver Cream

Hello I would like to make some Colloidal Silver Cream for wounds does anybody know how to make it, what to use for a base?

  This should take care of any question you have.  Just follow the threads and you will find some ideas that work great.  The recipe STANGO gave Gene and me on this page is the best lotion I have ever used.  Kephra also has this same one in a stand alone post.
