You want ruby red. Purple is not good.

Now you got ruby red!
Did you get your gold chloride from SaltLakeMetals?

You first jar looks as dark as 40 ppm colloidal gold, but I can't tell the color.
It should have no taste either.... not metallic tasting.
It should just have the sweet taste of success :)

Not everyone can get gold chloride, and its a little cheaper to make it from a gold wire, but the quality isn't quite as good, and it takes an investment in the equipment.

to my understanding ionic is light and temp sensitive. colloidal gold is fine, btw i think i would rather keep it in clear glass just because if there is a color change u would see it b4 anything.
