Hello Members,

I was planing to purchase this water filtration system and was wondering if the purified water produced from this system could be used to make Colloidal Silver in a emergency event where distilled water is not available?
Will be purchasing 4 filters for extended life of the system .

Thanks Ed .

It says "while preserving essential trace minerals", so no, it's not usable for colloids. You could always try it, though.

Other than distilled, I doubt anything else can be used.  Even reverse osmosis filtration doesn't get everything.  Also, trying to remove fluoride from water is just about impossible unless its steam distilled.  Its the most difficult ion to remove from water out of all of them.

Even RO filtration only gets about 95% of it IIRC.

Distilled is the only way to go.

Thank you!

I’ll get the filter for drinking water only and will invest in a water distiller .
