Chemical Silver production
« on: November 13, 2018, 10:31:56 AM »
What would the process be / what would you need to make colloidal silver without electrolysis?
I thinking it would be along the lines of colloidal gold but how would you control particle size and ppm.

Just thinking....

Hmmm.
Hearing that 2000ppm would be made this way.
Given that most dilute anysilver to 20ppm anyway I couldn’t personally see the point of making 2000ppm with any method !

I would presume that stabilisation would still be necessary so how would that be achieved?
Would that go in before or after your silver nitrate.

I can see that using a given, measured amount of compound would produce a known PPM but would particle size be controllable?
