Maltodextrin + vitamin b1
« on: September 24, 2018, 07:32:14 AM »
Hello I need the reducing agent to make colloidal silver, here in Italy there isnt corn syrup so i  Ive found a shop where i can buy maltodextrin, but its 99,6 pure with added vitamin b1(thiamine chloroidrate), is it good or it can ruin the colloid? Also can i use it to stabilize gold?
Thank you

There should be little or no problem with the B1 additive. The product is, after all, 99.6% pure anyway. I have found Maltodextrin to be a superior reducing agent, it seems to reduce the colloid slightly slower, giving much better clarity than pure glucose or fructose.

Do you add it straight to the ionic silver or do you premix it with water or vodka? How much do you use per litre of ionic silver? Thanks again.

Add at the start, right into the water along with your electrolyte.

Add at the start, right into the water along with your electrolyte.
... as a premixed ingredient, mixed with water. Make it fairly strong and add a few drops per litre of distilled water.
