Sodium citrate is not toxic, and you did it correctly if you got a ruby red result.  Sodium citrate is an approved food additive, and you probably eat a lot of it without knowing.

You want pure sodium chloride, as pure as you can get.  Ordinary table salt is better than sea salt.  Best is sodium chloride from a chemist or chemical supplier.

Are you doing electrolysis, or did you start with gold chloride?

If you mean how to make a bigger batch, scale all the chemicals and the time.
So if your first batch was 250ml and you want to make 1 liter, you multiply all the ingredients by 4, and expect to run 4 times as long.

second batch colloidal gold.
with pure gold wire 24k.
just to be sure of my chemicals:
for the sodium citrate, how many grams of it with destilled water?
for the sodium cabonate, how many grams of it with destilled water?
or insted of sodium carbonate i should use sodium carbonate?
should i use maltodetrin?

if only boil in the bottom is ok? (my hitting and stirring machine just get maximum to a 100 degrees celcius. (only boil at the bottom) the other batch I did it with a electric camping heater very powerfull that can bring everything to boil but no stirring.
I post this in order to discart miss conceptions. thx Kephra for the good advice.

The formulas are here: http://www.cgcsforum.org/index.php?topic=757.msg4230#msg4230

Boiling at the bottom of the jar should work ok.

The sodium chloride and maltodextrin need to be weighed.  They are not mixed with water first.  You need a cheap electronic scale like this one which has an accuracy of 10 mg or better.... http://www.amazon.com/American-Weigh-Scales-ACP-200-Digital/dp/B003STEIYY/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1426266204&sr=8-3&keywords=digital+scale+american+weigh
