Is it possible to cap ionic silver? If so, how?

Hello Colloidal Silver community. I read an article about a study that came to the conclusion that Ionic Colloidal Silver was more effective than Metallic Colloidal Silver at inducing apoptosis in cancer cells even though both were confirmed effective. Since we don't know how much colloidal silver gets into the blood stream via the stomach and intestines, and most people don't have access to intravenous administration I was wondering what the most practical way to get Ionic Colloidal Silver into the bloodstream was in order achieve the 2ppm silver/blood ratio that seems to be the minimum concentration with regard to efficacy.

You cannot cap ions.
There is the unknown and the unknowable.  It's a wise man who knows the difference.
