hello,
I made 320ppm 1000ml,15mA 320minutes, heat and gelatin reduced/capped constant stirred. after i moved the 1000ml 320ppm to another jar, this is what i found. what is this left over in the jar, stuck to the inside surface of the jar as well as something black at the bottom.

Probably silver oxide fall-out due to too high current or not enough stirring.

Even with lots of stirring, I always get amber residue on my glass after a long run. 1 litre of 200ppm at only 5mA takes 10 hours.

I think the high heat coupled with many hours of exposure is the culprit here. But that glass looks more dirty rather than colored.

yes, for sometime, the stirrer was off, and for a good time i forgot to clean the anode. thank you so much :)
