14 gauge gold anode wire with 10 gauge copper cathode wire.

40ppm (approx) Colloidal Gold, Electrolysis I

250 ml hot distilled water
100 mg sodium chloride (table salt ok, NOT sea salt)
110 mg trisodium citrate monohydrate
Pure gold anode, copper cathode.
1 ml Cinnamon Extract
Electrolyze with 350 milliamp current for 25 to 30 minutes
Constant stirring and heat required.

This batch is x4 which equals 1000ml.
I have the anode submerged 2.5" and the cathode is submerged 1.5" to achieve the maximum Ma out of my bench top power unit.
Every 15 minutes I readjust the Ma to the maximum just before it switches over to volts.

why not seasalt?

Table salt usually has a little iodine in it.  Will it hurt? No clue.

Sea salt isn't the purest, cleanest.  Think about it. Most sea salt is made by evaporating sea water and the countries that do this dump their sewage into the ocean and not all of them treat the sewage first. Um? YECH!

Kosher pickling salt and Himalayan Pink salt are probably the purest.

Himalayan pink salt deposits have been there for millions of years - they're devoid of all pollution.  Can this be used given the minerals in it? You tell me.

The best pick might be the Kosher salt.  Its probably the closest thing to pure sodium chloride you can get and its readily available in most supermarkets.

Nothing is ever as simple as it seems on the surface, huh?
